You can only make a first impression once. Victoria Christy has built a career out of good first impressions by keeping it real. What you see is what you get. And what her clients get is a committed, down-to-earth, tenacious powerhouse, staying ahead of the curve and delivering consistent results.
“My goal is to make a difference in the lives of those I cross paths with, in my personal and professional life. Having spent years on the purposeful and intentional journey of self-growth, I use my real estate business as the platform to affect people’s lives in a positive way,” says Victoria Christy. “Real estate transactions are often stressful, so you must exercise your strength, empathy and life wisdom to alleviate your clients’ stress as much as you can.”
Victoria is often described as a magnetic personality. Victoria has her pulse on the real estate ever-changing trends, and she credits her finance background for the ability to stay ahead of the curve and ensure the most relevant and timely guidance to her clients. “Clients don’t always want to hear your direct advice, so you must manage their expectations with respect and diplomacy”, - she says. One such client, Jason Walters, wrote, “You told us what we needed to hear, not just what we wanted to hear, and the proof came out in the final result. From start to finish, your guidance made it look easy, even though we know you put in countless hours and tremendous efforts behind the scenes”.
Born in Russia, Victoria came to the US as a winner of the nation-wide contest to study for her MBA in early 2000’s, then spent a few years in corporate America. “I have then discovered something I could have never developed while growing up in Russia. My entrepreneurial spirit. Every day I feel grateful for the opportunities I have here. I love and appreciate America every day”, she says.
Victoria is passionate about Waterchase and her expertise is backed by 15+ years of experience of selling real estate in this niche market. “I call it ‘Waterchase Wonderland”, she says. Her passion outshines the most eloquent sales pitch.
