I am writing this review on behalf of Victoria Christy, a consummate real estate professional whom I would strongly recommend for all real estate needs, both buying and selling.
My wife and I first met Victoria in Jan 2015, when we bought our house in Tampa. Victoria was representing the sellers in this transaction, however she was very fair and helpful to us (even though we weren't her client) during the process, being available for several showings, offering insight into the neighborhood and providing an unbiased assessment to us, considering we were relocating from Philadelphia and were unfamiliar with the area.
Due to unanticipated circumstances, I was relocated again within 12 months, and solicited Victoria to represent us as sellers, given our positive experience with her as buyers. This was a very stressful time for us, my wife was pregnant and we needed all the help we could get to pull together a sale in a neighborhood with several options / decent inventory.
Victoria was extremely helpful from start to finish. She helped us stage the house, picking out various decor with my wife and made our house stand out among other well staged homes at similar price points. She made herself available for last minute showings, weekends, nights, whatever it took.
We had to eventually move out, and Victoria looked after our house, collecting mail, ensuring landscaping was pristine, along with any other minute details to make our house shine. In the end, Victoria found a qualified buyer and made the negotiation and settlement process very easy. When the buyer had a few reasonable requests, Victoria had her own repair team that quickly address the issues, getting the house ready to pass inspection with ease. When she didn't know an answer to one of our questions (which was very rare), she would never guess, instead would seek counsel and get back to us promptly.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with Victoria and she will be the first phone call we make if we ever decide to move back to Florida.
