We had the absolute pleasure of working with Victoria on the purchase of our new family home and the sale of our previous residence. I was introduced to Victoria from a business associate that had worked with her in the past. I was complaining to my friend that I could not seem to find an agent that would simply follow up with me regarding potential properties. He told me that he knew the right person for us and within minutes I received a call from Victoria.
When I first spoke with Victoria I explained our specific needs to her and some of our wants as well. Instantly, I could tell that she was exactly what a Realtor should be. I cannot say enough good things about how professional Victoria is and how excellent she is with her follow up. She knows the area well and was able to give excellent information regarding each property and neighborhood. She put no pressure on us to make a quick decision but was always available to answer questions and provide solutions. In fact, she probably kept us from pursuing a home that wasn’t right for us when others certainly would have taken the quick sale. In the end, we found a home that was absolutely exactly what we were looking for. Once we decided to make an offer, Victoria handled all of the details with ease. She utilizes technology to streamline the process and makes it so easy to do real estate transactions. She was also a treasure trove of information regarding almost anything to do with purchasing or selling a house.

Without even speaking to another Realtor, we decided to list our previous home with Victoria. Once again, she took the time to carefully analyze the market, the neighborhood and all variables and came to our listing meeting prepared to answer any questions. The traffic that came through our home was truly impressive due to Victoria’s marketing efforts. The home was under contract in a matter of days and once again Victoria handled all the details with ease. There are always bumps in the road with real estate transactions but Victoria keeps you so informed that there really are no surprises.

I honestly have no plans to ever move again, but I would recommend Victoria to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. There should be more agents in the real estate world like Victoria, but unfortunately there are not. We are really lucky to have worked with her….twice!

If you want to sell your house you should have Victoria as your agent. Victoria goes above and beyond. She is extremely thorough with following up on showings. She has very good recommendations on what the seller should do to their house to make it the most impressive. During open houses she  brought candles and baked cookies to give a homey feel. She knows the market and can suggest a good selling price. Victoria is also very open to her clients ideas and feedback and will accommodate her clients. Thanks to Victoria and her staff the closing process is effortless. I would only use Victoria in any future homes sales.
